PILE ELBUD S.A. also carries out investments in such an important power engineering segment as renewable energy sources. The Company is currently building two kV cable lines for wind farms:
- Jasna WF 110 kV line from the compensation station to Jasna wind farm substation with a total length of 35 km
- 15 km-long Pomerania WF 110 kV line, connection of the line to Elbląg Radomska distribution substation
- Execution of cable conduits with the use of traditional and trenchless methods under the roads and crossing structures.
- Laying a single-circuit cable line in pre-prepared cable trenches and conduits with protective composite panels, protective foil and additional protective elements at crossings with the existing underground infrastructure.
- Installation of cables and cable accessories.
- Connection of the cable line to the structures of cable heads in the substation, installation of the heads.
- Laying ducting system for fibre-optic cable over the entire length of the cable line, pulling the fibre-optic cable, mounting the trays, preparing reserves.
- reconstruction of sidewalks, walking alleys, bicycle paths, driveways, parking lots, etc.
- restoration of green areas to their original state
