Project description:
The construction of a 400 kV power line between Jasiniec and Grudziądz Węgrowo is of significant importance for increasing the transmission capacity of the National Power System in the northern part of the country. It will improve the power supply to the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship and the Bydgoszcz and Grudziądz agglomerations. It is an important element of the "Transmission Grid Development Plan to 2025". The 74 km long power line will replace the worn out 220 kV line between Jasiniec and Grudziądz Węgrowo.
