Project description:
The expansion of the Recław 110 kV substation with a 220 kV switchgear is an element of the National Power System (NPS) modernization program. The aim of the project is to increase the power supply security of Kamień Pomorski Poviat and the whole Zachodniopomorskie Province. A modern, sustainable energy infrastructure is one of the biggest points of economic development, increasing investment opportunities in the whole region.
- carrying out formal and legal arrangements
- obtaining necessary permits and decisions
- developing detailed designs for the construction of 220 kV switchgear and two 110 kV panels No. 5 and 10 in Recław 220/110 kV substation together with the connection of a 110 kV cable of Morzyczyn line
- purchase, delivery, storage and transport to the construction site of the materials necessary for the modernization of the substation and the reconstruction of the line
- installation of a 220 kV switchgear and two 110 kV panels No. 5 and 10 in Recław 220/110 kV substation together with the connection of a 110 kV cable of Morzyczyn line
- performing the necessary assembly and commissioning work in the substations and related facilities
- performing acceptance tests of the installed equipment, apparatus and systems
- preparation of as-built documentation
- obtaining permission to use the station and for grid connection
- performing commissioning and start-up of the installed equipment, systems and systems of the switching substation
